Scenario
Your sales team uses Warmly to identify companies and individuals that are visiting your website and are within your ideal customer profile. You utilize Warmly's chat functionality to try to engage with these leads real-time while they are live on your website. In addition to chat, though, you want to email the actual prospects that visited your website, and you want to prospect key personas at companies hitting your website that fall within your ideal customer profile. To do this, your team can use Warmly's AI Prospector tool.
Using Segments within Warmly, your team can apply filters to only sequence visitors and prospects at companies you care about. And by using Personas within Warmly, you can apply filters at the individual-level to ensure that you are only sequencing titles that you want to reach out to.
There are two types of workflows in AI Prospector. The first is 'New contacts at warm accounts' which enables your team to email sequence ICP personas at accounts visiting your website. In this workflow, you will be using Warmly to prospect key people at warm accounts, so the individuals you email will not be the individual that actually visited your website (unless through complete coincidence). The second is 'Warm visitors' which enables your team to email sequence the actual identified prospects that hit your website.
Warmly suggests four core plays for email sequencing with AI Prospector, though these can and should be nuanced to align with your team's goals. There are many variations to these plays, and many more plays that your team can take advantage of. Be sure to work with your Warmly CSM to make sure that you're getting the most out of Warmly's AI Prospector feature.

Head over to the AI Prospector tab of Warmly and let's get started.
First, select your deliverability settings. We use Emailable to verify prospected email addresses. If you would like to only email the most deliverable prospects, only have 'Deliverable' selected.
Add a workflow and select 'New contacts at warm accounts'.
Name the workflow, then add your Segments (filters at the company level) and Personas (filters at the individual level, based on title).
Typical segments for this workflow will include...
Firmographic segments:
Segment based on Employee Count
Segment based on Headquarter Location
Segment based on Company Industry
CRM-related segments:
Segment to filter in only Greenfield and Unowned Accounts
Other general segments:
Segment to filter out Your Own Company or Specific Competitors Based on Domain
For your Persona, be sure to build off of title. Note that this is a contains function, so include seniority in the title if you only want to message certain seniority levels of your persona. For example, instead of having the title be 'sales', select 'head of sales' and 'director of sales' to only sequence sales leaders. You'll need to have the Email be known in order to sequence these prospects, so ensure that field is selected.
Choose the number of prospects you want to email at each account identified. Select your prospecting provider (you can either use your Warmly Prospector credits, or integrate with Apollo to use your Apollo enrichment credits). Enable visitor location search to optimize prospects found based on the locations of the individuals from that company visiting your website. And then select a sequence to enroll these contacts in, as well as a sender and an owner for your sequencing tool. Note that you'll need to integrate with Outreach, Apollo, or Salesloft to directly enroll contacts in sequence. You can also send prospects to HubSpot or Salesforce as contacts / leads, and then sequence them from your CRM outside of Warmly.
Once the above steps are complete, turn your workflow on to start generating pipeline through automated email sequences!
Warmly is eager to share our sequence messaging examples that result in 80%+ opens, 10-20% clicks, and 5-10% replies. Reach out to your Warmly CSM for a detailed document containing this messaging.
