Building a CRM Segment: Rep Owned Accounts (Contacts, Deals)

Building a Warmly CRM-related segment to filter in accounts where a rep owns the account, contact (lead) or opportunity in your CRM

To build a segment for your rep's owned accounts (and leads and deals), go to the Segments tab within settings and build out the segments exactly as seen in the screenshots below. You should always test every segment that you make within Warmly because they are vital building blocks of successfully using the platform. See THIS Help Center article to learn how to test segments.

Note that you will need to have a CRM integrated with Warmly in order to create these CRM segments.

These segments will be built off of the 'CRM Account (Contact, Lead, Opportunity) owner field

Max's owned accounts / contacts / opportunities (HubSpot CRM users)

Max's owned accounts / leads / opportunities (Salesforce CRM users)
