Building a Warmly CRM-related segment to filter by specific deal stages

To build a segment based on deal / opportunity stage, go to the Segments tab within settings and build out the segments exactly as seen in the screenshots below. You should always test every segment that you make within Warmly because they are vital building blocks of successfully using the platform. See THIS Help Center article to learn how to test segments.

Note that you will need to have a CRM integrated with Warmly in order to create these CRM segments.

Segments will generally be based on CRM Opportunity -> CRM Opportunity Stage

Filtering OUT customers (companies associated to deals in Closed Won)

Filtering OUT all opportunities (companies associated to any deal in pipeline)

Filtering IN closed / lost deals (useful for creating a closed / lost resurfacing workflow with AI Prospector)
