🔍 What's the Orchestrator all about?
Warmly's Orchestrator is designed to make your outreach smarter and more effective.
Think of it as your personal assistant for prospecting and engagement - helping you stay one step ahead!
With Orchestrator, you can automatically sync prospect data, launch personalized email campaigns, or connect with leads via other SEP channels, all without missing a beat. It’s built to work seamlessly with your CRM and other tools, so you can focus on what really matters: closing deals and growing relationships.
🎯 New Hires Orchestration
New Hires is a high-intent signal that tracks when key decision-makers land in new roles - either at new companies or via internal promotions. It gives you an advantage to engage fresh decision-makers exactly at the right time.
Every week, thousands of leaders enter new roles. These are the first 90 days when they rethink strategy, open budgets, and evaluate tools. Warmly ensures you’re first in line.
Key Benefits
Auto-imports job changes from the last 90 days the moment you publish an orchestration.
Advanced filters: Job titles, seniority, location, and company size, and more!
Continuous tracking: New job changes detected weekly - reach them before competitors even know they’ve changed jobs.
Check out the video walkthrough below on how to set this up:
Requirements for Setup
Build Segments for your Target Customer Profile, and CRM filtering.
Build Buyer Personas for the job titles you want to reach out to.
Build outbound sequences.
Configure any Lead Routing rules for contact ownership in your CRM or SEP.
This orchestration will only run when a valid contact email is found.
🚫 What Not to Do
Don't use 1st-party segments (like "site visited") - these are not compatible with New Hire orchestrations.
Don't use "Company Exists" filters - orchestrations will fail.
💡 Strategic Plays Using New Hires
Here’s how high-performing sales teams can leverage this signal:
Play #1: Be Their First Call
Trigger personalized outreach to new CMOs or VPs the moment they start. Reference their new role, congratulate them, and offer value aligned to their fresh priorities.
Play #2: Recycle Closed-Lost
Re-engage former champions or buyers when they move to new companies - where they may have fresh budgets and fewer blockers.
Play #3: Expand into Existing Accounts
When someone is promoted internally, it often signals team growth or new initiatives. Use this signal to upsell or cross-sell within current customers.
