AI Emails: Generate Personalized Sequence
Last updated: May 5, 2026
Note: This feature is a part of a paid plan, and part of the Autopilot Inbound Agent package.
What is this feature?
The 'Generate Personalized Sequence' is an AI-powered step you can add to any orchestration.
Instead of writing a static email sequences upfront and sending the same copy to everyone, this step generates a tailored multi-touch email sequence for each contact that qualifies for the orchestration — using the context Warmly already has about that person.
Warmly will utilize data from signals like:
Chat history (for chat-triggered orchestrations): what the prospect said, what was promised, and any objections that came up
Enriched contact data: name, title, seniority, role
Enriched company data: industry, company size, tech stack
CRM context: lifecycle stage, open opportunities, prior ownership
Website behavior: pages visited, content consumed, return visits
Intent signals: topics from Bombora, hiring activity, news, and other buying signals
You'll need to configure just two things:
Goal: What the sequence should accomplish.
Policy: The guardrails that shape the output — tone, structure, length, messaging rules, and what each email should or shouldn’t do.
Once that’s set, you can use the Test & Refine functionality to review the three generated email sequences, and provide feedback in plain English — for example:
“Make email three a two-sentence bump.”
“Reference the pricing page more directly.”
“Shorten the first email.”
Regenerate until the output feels right. Here’s a quick walkthrough video explaining how the feature works:
Why it matters?
Generic outbound is getting easier to ignore. A weak first touch often means the opportunity is gone before a rep ever gets a second chance.
Personalization that actually feels personal
Every sequence can reflect what the prospect actually did — what they said in chat, what pages they viewed, what company they work at, and what signals they showed.
Not just a
{{first_name}}token.Follow-up while intent is still fresh
High-intent contacts, especially chat engagers who didn’t book, cool off fast. This step lets follow-up go out immediately while the signal still matters.
Reps focus on selling, not writing
Ops teams define the goal and guardrails once. Reps spend less time drafting follow-up copy and more time actually moving deals forward.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
A trigger already configured — chat engager, TAM audience, form fill, intent signal, etc.
(the AI uses trigger context as part of the input)An Assign To step earlier in the orchestration if you want the emails to send from a specific rep’s mailbox
A connected sending mailbox for the assigned rep(s)
A connected CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, so the AI can use ownership and deal-stage context
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Outbound Agent and edit an orchestration.
Set up your trigger and segment filters.
Add an Assign To step so Warmly knows which rep the emails should come from.
Add Generate Personalized Sequence after the Assign To step.
Configure the Goal.
There’s a default baseline goal, but you can add your own context.
Example: Follow up with a qualified chat engager who didn’t book. Keep each email under five paragraphs.
Configure the Policy.
Examples:
Email 3 should be a two-sentence bump, not a re-pitch.
Do not mention pricing in email 1.
Always reference something specific from the chat conversation.
Click Test & Refine.
Warmly will generate three sample scenarios with complete email sequences. Review the output and give feedback in plain English. Regenerate until it feels right, you can keep refining the goal or policy as needed.
Click Exit, save the step, then save the orchestration.
Activate it.
Now every contact entering that step receives a uniquely generated sequence based on their full context.
