Signal: TAM Audience Contacts

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Note: This feature is available on any plan that includes both the Outbound Agent and TAM Agent.

What is this feature?

The TAM Audience Contacts trigger lets you send prospects you’ve built in the TAM Agent directly into a Warmly orchestration.

Once pushed in, those contacts automatically move through whatever workflow you’ve set up — whether that’s email sequences, sales-led outreach, CRM syncs, webhooks, ads, or other actions.

Note: This is only available for People in the TAM Agent, not Company.

Think of it as the connection between building your target audience and actually taking action on it. Instead of exporting CSVs, jumping into another tool, and uploading lists manually, everything happens inside Warmly. Build your buying committee in TAM, send it to an orchestration, and the workflow takes over.

Here's a quick walkthrough video explaining how the feature works:

Why it matters?

A lot of outbound workflows stall between “I have the right list” and “that list is actually being worked.” This feature closes that gap.

  1. Turn one-off lists into repeatable plays

Trigger-based prospecting — whether it’s a competitor sunsetting, a funding round, or a tech-stack change — becomes a reusable orchestration instead of a spreadsheet and a Slack handoff.

  2. Reach the whole buying committee

With the TAM Agent, you can identify multiple relevant stakeholders across an account — Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and more — and push the entire committee into a sequence in one action.

  3. Reduce tool switching

No more building lists in one platform, exporting them, uploading them somewhere else, and hoping the sequence is set up correctly. Everything stays in one workflow.

Here's an example of how we used this feature:

When Drift announced it was sunsetting, we pulled companies using Drift from BuiltWith, identified buying committee contacts with the TAM Agent, and pushed the audience into an orchestration that ran email and social media outreach, and CRM sync automatically.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • A TAM Agent audience with contacts in the People tab

  • At least one orchestration configured with the TAM Audience Contacts trigger in the Outbound Agent
(if none exist, the “Send contacts to orchestrations” option will be empty)

  • Any required connected channels for the actions in your orchestration, such as:

    • SEP sequences/campaigns

    • CRM connections

    • Webhook endpoint

Step-by-Step Instructions

Part 1: Create an orchestration with the TAM Audience trigger

  1. Go to the Outbound Agent and click New Orchestration.

  2. In the Signals tab, choose TAM Audience Contacts as the trigger.
This tells Warmly that contacts entering this orchestration will come from a TAM audience.

  3. Build the orchestration like you normally would — add email sequences, sales flows, social actions, CRM actions, webhooks, or ads actions.

  4. Add any segment filters you need.

  5. Save and activate the orchestration.

Tip: Use clear naming so reps can quickly find the right play later — for example:
“Drift Sunset – Buying Committee Outbound.”

Part 2: Send TAM contacts into the orchestration

  1. Open your TAM Agent audience and go to the People tab.
(The Automate option only appears here — not on the Companies tab.)

  2. Click Automate → Send contacts to orchestrations.

  3. Select the orchestration you want to use.
Only orchestrations using the TAM Audience Contacts trigger will appear.

  4. Confirm your selection.

The chosen contacts will be queued immediately and will start moving through the actions configured in that orchestration.
