TAMLY Agent Overview & FAQ
What is the TAM Agent?
Our TAM Agent is an AI-powered orchestration system that builds dynamic audiences, identifies buying committees. The TAM Agent scores every account for ICP fit, monitors intent signals in real-time, finds the full buying committee, and enrolls them in sequences and LinkedIn Ads — so your team focuses on closing, not prospecting.
Core Features
1. Audience Creation
Build targeted account lists by filtering your website visitors and CRM data using criteria such as:
Geographic location (e.g., US-only)
Company size (employee range)
Lifecycle stage (exclude current customers, leads, opportunities, etc.)
Intent score (engagement signals indicating readiness to buy)
Result: Transform 100,000+ companies into a focused list of high-intent prospects.
2. ICP Tier Agent
The ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) Tier Agent automatically classifies accounts into tiers based on your custom criteria:
Tier 1: Best-fit organizations that match most of your ICP characteristics
Tier 2: Good-fit organizations with strong alignment
Not ICP Fit: Organizations that don't match your target profile
How it works:
Click Edit Agent in the ICP Tier column
Review and customize the AI prompt describing your ideal customer
Run the agent on your selected accounts (recommend starting with 10-20 companies)
Filter your audience to show only Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts
Click Update Audience to save your filter
3. Buying Committee Agent
This agent identifies and enriches key decision-makers and influencers at your target accounts.
Default Personas Detected:
Executive Sponsors
Technical Decision Makers
End Users/Champions
Procurement/Finance
Implementation Leaders
How it works:
After filtering your account list, click Edit Agent under Buying Committee
Review or customize the 5 buyer personas (keep to 5 maximum recommended)
Click Save, then Enrich to find people matching each persona
Review the confidence score for each contact identified
Sync contacts directly to HubSpot
4. Intent Scoring
Every account receives an intent score indicating how likely they are to buy based on:
Website engagement behavior
Pages viewed and active time
Recent activity patterns
Engagement signals
Best Practice: Filter for intent scores > 40 to focus on warm and hot accounts.
5. HubSpot Integration
Seamlessly sync enriched accounts and contacts back to your CRM:
Manual Sync: Review and select specific contacts/accounts to sync
Automatic Sync: Set up automation rules to sync on a schedule
Custom Field Sync: Pull additional HubSpot fields into Warmly for advanced filtering (e.g., Lifecycle Stage, custom properties)

Common Customer Questions
Q: What's the difference between Intent Score and Confidence Score?
A:
Intent Score measures how likely an account is to buy or engage based on their behavior and engagement signals (higher = warmer prospect)
Confidence Score indicates data accuracy — how confident we are that the contact information (name, email, title) is correct and current
Q: How does credit consumption work?
A: Warmly uses a transparent credit model:
1 credit per net new contact identified
0.2 credits to categorize an existing CRM contact with a buyer persona
1 credit per account per column when running AI research columns (e.g., ICP Tier agent)
20 credits per phone number (when phone number enrichment is enabled)
0 credits to sync contacts to HubSpot
Important: Syncing to HubSpot does NOT consume credits — only the initial enrichment does.
Q: What data does "All Accounts" include?
A: The All Accounts view shows all companies from:
Your connected HubSpot CRM
Website visitors captured by Warmly over the past 6 months
This typically results in 100,000+ companies that you can then filter down using audience criteria.
Q: Should I start with Accounts or People?
A: Always start with Accounts (company-level). This approach gives you the most value and efficiency:
Build your target account list
Run ICP Tier agent to identify best-fit companies
Run Buying Committee agent to find the right people at those companies
Optionally, use People-level filters for additional refinement
Q: How often should I run enrichment?
A: Best practices:
Initial Setup: Run full enrichment on your filtered account list
Ongoing: Use "Enrich Only Missing" to add newly identified contacts weekly or daily
Credit Management: Start with smaller batches (10-20 accounts) to validate fit before running large enrichments
Q: Can I create multiple audiences?
A: Yes! You can create and save multiple audiences for different use cases:
General ICP audience
Target account lists
Closed-lost re-engagement campaigns
Industry-specific segments
Geographic territories
Each audience can have its own filters, agents, and automation rules.
Q: What columns and filters are available?
A:
Default Columns:
Company name, Intent Score, Employee range, Buying Committee count
Warmly-Specific Data:
Total pages viewed, Last seen date, Total active time
Sessions in last 7/30/90 days
Known visitors from company in last 30/90 days
HubSpot Custom Fields:
Any field from HubSpot can be synced over via Settings > HubSpot
You can add/remove columns by clicking the column selector and checking/unchecking fields.
Q: How do automations work?
A: Currently, Warmly automations focus on CRM sync frequency:
Manual: You review and manually sync contacts when ready
Automatic: Set rules to sync enriched contacts on a schedule
Future automation capabilities are actively being developed.
Q: Can I customize the ICP Tier and Buying Committee prompts?
A: Absolutely! Both agents are powered by customizable AI prompts:
ICP Tier: Define what makes a Tier 1, Tier 2, or non-fit company for your specific business
Buying Committee: Add, remove, or modify the buyer personas you want to identify (keep to ~5 for best results)
Changes to prompts take effect immediately when you run the agent.
Q: How do I avoid using too many credits accidentally?
A: Warmly shows you the credit cost preview before running any enrichment. If you accidentally select too many accounts:
Check the credit preview in the confirmation dialog
Cancel if the cost is too high
Apply additional filters to reduce your account list
Re-run with a smaller selection
Q: What happens after I sync to HubSpot?
A: Synced contacts and accounts appear in your HubSpot CRM with:
All contact details (name, email, title, company)
Buyer persona labels
Intent and confidence scores (if fields are mapped)
Company-level enrichment data
From there, you can trigger HubSpot workflows, assign to sales reps, or add to nurture sequences.
