Your team can also take efforts to help improve your lead confidence. Here are 3:

(1) Include the Warmly UTM Parameter in your outbound emails

(2) Connect a Hubspot Account to Warmly

By connecting your Hubspot instance, we can leverage all previously ID'd marketing contacts from your CRM using Hubspot's "UTK" Cookies.

These contacts have opened marketing emails of yours before and are cookie'd at the individual level

(3) Ensure our website de-anonymization script tag is added everywhere

Where ever add our script, we can de-anonymize. Important locations:

  • Wherever you have a Form. All form fills we assume are High Quality confidence

  • Inside of your product. If you have logged in users who are interacting with your app, we can tag those with high confidence (for paying users we can avoid contacting them and for free tier users you want to contact, we can help you contact them)
