Warmly is a AI Go-To-Market platform that uses AI in our services to provide an excellent, efficient & unique service to our customers. Warmly uses AI in 3 primary places:
To generate messaging. We can create custom AI messages with your prompting/training for chat, email & more. Our AI can send 1-off messages or ongoing conversations with your prospects.
[Starting Q2 2025] To filter your warm leads. We can find your best-fit leads by prompting an AI model with publicly available information about your company on the web & if granted access, the list of your happy customers + worst customers so we can find the most likely prospects to convert
AI via partner services. If you integrate with our AI SDR partner 11x, you can have their AI continuously take your warm leads and reach out to them to book meetings.
All use of AI in Warmly is optional and can be disabled. All AI in Warmly uses OpenAI’s latest models (OpenAI Terms of Use here).

1. What is Warmly.ai, and how does it use AI?
Warmly.ai is a cutting-edge AI-powered platform designed to enhance sales and marketing efforts through intelligent chatbots and automated messaging. Our AI helps businesses engage prospects, qualify leads, and personalize customer interactions efficiently.
2. Does Warmly.ai use customer data for training AI models?
No. We only collect website & cross-internet prospect information and this is not use for AI model training.
[Q2 2025] What we do offer, however, is AI Lead Scoring but only if you grant us access to use your CRM account information to find your best-fit customers. In this instance we collect Deal Name, Deal Amount, Deal Prospects (names, emails, etc.) and length of deal. We do not consider this to be customer data (eg login information, PII), but rather your deal information. This information is unique to your model and is not used in aggregate for larger scale model training.
What we consider Deal Information (used for AI Lead Scoring): deal information is information about your customer, but is not your customer’s data. This includes Deal Name, Deal Amount, Deal Prospects (names, emails, etc.) and length of deal. This is not confidential or sensitive to your customer.
What we consider Customer Data (not used for AI Lead Scoring): customer data is data that is private to your relationship with your customer. Warmly as your data vendor should not receive any Customer Data intentionally. This data make include login credentials, sensitive personally identifiable information, proprietary business or system data about the customer, or interactions within your product with your customer that you store on their behalf.
