Data Quality Slider: Choosing Your Quality

Warmly has offers a Data Quality Slider to help your business decide if you want more warm leads at a lower quality or less warm leads at a high quality.

We currently offer 3 main settings:

  • Prioritize Quality: 2+ data vendors or Warmly's detection algorithm agree these leads are likely accurate

  • Balance: 1 or more data vendors find these leads to be likely accurate

  • Prioritize Quantity: Data vendors may disagree or suggest some leads are not accurate

Reasons to pick Quality:

  • You have an Enterprise GTM motion where you sell to few companies and your customers would be upset

  • You want to do more personalized, manual outreach

  • You don't have a lot of sales reps to comb through the data and thus can action very few leads

  • You find yourself reaching out to very few of the surfaced warm leads

  • You plan to chase the warmest leads with strategies like live chat or orchestrator

  • You're using the surfaced information in live Warm Calling scenarios or AI Chat in realtime

Reasons to pick Quantity:

  • You have a SMB GTM motion where you sell to many companies and your dont mind if the occasional prospects is mis-indentified

  • You want to do a lot of mass automation & AI

  • You plan to chase the colder leads with strategies like Ad retargeting

  • You have a lot of sales reps

  • You find yourself actioning most of the warm leads surface and are wanting more surfaced warm leads
