This article provides step-by-step instructions on setting up and using Warmly's new Buyer Persona functionality.
With this feature, you can define the exact job titles of your ideal customer profile (ICP) for auto-prospecting using Orchestrator. Additionally, you can apply Buyer Personas to Warm Visitors and Slack channels, allowing you to refine your lead lists and notifications for more precise targeting and engagement.
Navigation:
Begin by going to your Warmly Account Settings > Segments 2.0 > Buyer Persona > Create Segment > Buyer Persona
Title your Buyer Persona and begin searching for job titles that match who you typically sell to. See examples of the titles you've selected!
NOTE: The titles listed are job titles of real people that Warmly has identified.
Select your operator:
Is any of: results will be exactly any of the selected titles (exact match)
Is none of: results will not contain any of the selected titles (exact match)
Exists: results will include only people whose job titles Warmly is able to identify, regardless of what the titles are
Does not exist: results will include only people who do not have a job title
Contains: results will contain any words from the selected titles (approximate match)
Does not contain: results will not contain any of the words from the selected titles (approximate match)
Select Other Relevant Filters
NOTE: If you select multiple Buyer Personas within the same Orchestration, the number of prospects pulled is calculated per persona, not as a total. For example, if you select 2 Buyer Personas and set the "number of prospects" to 4, the system will pull up to 4 contacts for each persona. This means the maximum number of contacts pulled per company would be 8 (4 for each of the 2 personas).
Apply your Buyer Personas to the Warm Visitors tab to narrow down your search results and reach out to the right people.
Apply your Buyer Personas to the Warm Visitors tab to narrow down your Slack notifications and Warm Call/live chat with the right people.
