Warm Cues is an AI-powered insights engine that analyzes your inbound chat conversations and generates a clear, strategic report on how your chat workflows are performing.
Powered by GPT-4o, it reviews your recent visitor sessions to surface patterns, trends, and actionable recommendations - so you can improve your chat strategy without manually digging through hundreds of conversations.

Before you start
Warm Cues analyzes your inbound chat sessions, so make sure you have an active chat workflow with real visitor sessions before generating.
The report can only be generated by your Warmly CSM. Please contact them to generate your Warm Cues report for you.
How to Generate and View Chat Insights
Step 1: Go to Warm Cues
In your Warmly dashboard:
Navigate to Inbound Agent -> Chat
Open the Warm Cues tab
Step 2: Generate Chat Insights (Admins only)
If you have Admin access, you’ll see a Generate New Report button along with the timestamp of the last report.
Click Generate a New Report to start a new analysis.
Warmly will:
Analyze up to 300 recent engaged chat sessions (visitors who responded to your chat)
Update the status in real time (Queued → Processing → Completed)
You don’t need to stay on this page. The report generates in the background, and the page automatically refreshes its status every 30 seconds.
Step 3: Review your insights report
Once the analysis is complete, your report will appear directly on the page as a structured summary. All types of users can view this report.
It includes:
Conversation trends
Visitor behavior patterns
Workflow performance metrics
Actionable recommendations
