Why is my new slack channel not appearing in Warmly?

If you’ve recently created a new public Slack channel and don’t see it in Warmly yet, don’t worry, that's expected behavior.

🔄 When does syncing happen?

• Immediately after initial Slack integration
  When you first connect your Slack workspace to Warmly, we do a full sync of users and public channels.

• Once every 24 hours
  After the initial setup, Warmly automatically syncs your Slack workspace once per day.

This means any new public channels or newly added users in Slack will show up in Warmly within 24 hours.

🛠 What to do if the channel still doesn’t show up?

If it’s been more than 24 hours and you still don’t see the new channel:

1. Double-check that the channel is public.
   Warmly doesn’t currently support private channels.

2. Still not there?
   Reach out to your CSM, and they can trigger a manual re-sync for your account.
