We understand that not every team member has full administrative access to Salesforce. But that doesn't mean you have to miss out on the powerful insights and integrations that Warmly offers. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to manually set up your Salesforce integration, even if your company hasn't granted you full permissions. Follow these steps to ensure you can still harness the full potential of Warmly with your Salesforce data.

Warmly writes back data into your CRM, and you'll see the below errors if your user in Salesforce does not have permissions to create new custom fields and new field values.

Steps to set up Salesforce manually:

  1. Go to Warmly Settings

  2. Select Salesforce under "Integrations"

  3. Select "Continue with limited functionality" (see screenshot above)

  4. Click [+ Add Field] and add any custom fields you'd like to pass over

    1. MOST IMPORTANT FIELD: Warmly Created
