Warmly suggests using a New Connections campaign --- We found that prospects are more likely to accept a connection request with a BLANK connection, rather than sending a note.

InMails: 50/day
** Keep in mind, if you set Salesflow to the maximum amount of connections, you will not be able to manually send any connection requests. We suggest lowering the limits to 20 per day to allow yourself room to manually add connections.
Salesflow strongly recommends sending a maximum of 400 invites per month from your account, including those sent manually, to avoid suspension.
