Warmly uses Salesflow to automatically connect with and message prospects who have visited our site. Below are a few examples of messaging that has worked for our team.

Please note: all industries and personas are different! This messaging has worked specifically for Warmly, so you will likely need to make adjustments to the messaging to fit your ICP!!


IMPORTANT: If you'd like to set up Salesflow, please reach out to your Warmly CSM to schedule a brief call to activate your account. This must be done live with a Warmly CSM


Warmly suggests using a New Connections campaign --- We found that prospects are more likely to accept a connection request with a BLANK connection, rather than sending a note.

Connections: 100/week

InMails: 5-30/day

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Connections: 100/week

InMails: 50/day

** Keep in mind, if you set Salesflow to the maximum amount of connections, you will not be able to manually send any connection requests. We suggest lowering the limits to 20 per day to allow yourself room to manually add connections.

Salesflow strongly recommends sending a maximum of 400 invites per month from your account, including those sent manually, to avoid suspension.
