To build a segment to filter in or out a specific webpage on your site, go to the Segments tab within settings and build out the segments exactly as seen in the screenshots below. You should always test every segment that you make within Warmly because they are vital building blocks of successfully using the platform. See THIS Help Center article to learn how to test segments.
You will typically want to filter IN a specific webpage to:
Receive Slack notifications for when a visitor is on a specific page on your site (ex: the pricing page, demo request page, or other high intent pages)
You will typically want to filter OUT a specific webpage to:
Not show chat on a specific webpage (ex: blog pages, careers page, or other low-intent pages)
