To build a segment for UTM tracking, go to the Segments tab within settings and build out the segment as seen in the screenshots below. In order to test the segment that you've made, apply the segment in the Warm Accounts tab. If you click into any individual account after applying the segment, you should be able to select the 'See query params' button to see all of the associated UTMs (one of which should be the UTM you've applied in the segment!).
