Overview of Warmly's AI Chat feature

Warmly offers an Outbound AI Chat feature powered by ChatGPT. Setting up and turning on Warmly's Outbound Chat will have your Warmly chat widget send two AI messages to your prospects, fully customizable using ChatGPT prompts, and only when a prospect responds to the AI's messages will your sales team be notified via a notification in Slack.

The purpose of Warmly's Outbound Chat feature is twofold:

  1. By using ChatGPT to send messages, our Outbound Chat will be able to send more personalized, customized messages to the prospects than your sales reps at a significantly higher volume

  2. Outbound Chat relieves your sales reps from the burden of having to enter prospects' sessions and chat with them with the potential of the prospect not even responding. Outbound Chat will message all relevant prospects (within the segment filtering you've built) and will notify your reps if and only if the prospect responds

Setting Up Outbound Chat Workflows

Name and Tag your workflow as Outbound

Click Edit Audience and Conditions - this will allow you to select WHO sees Outbound Chat and WHERE on your site they see it. You can also edit WHO SENDS the message.

Building the Outbound Workflow

Now we're ready to build the workflow.

Click the + button and select Send AI Message.

Enter in a prompt for ChatGPT. You may need to play around with the wording to get it to say what you want. Check out our Warmly AI Prompts.

You'll likely want to add a delay to the second AI message (see below)

Now that we have the AI Messages built out, we want to determine if the prospect replies to the chat or not. If they reply, let's send a Slack alert. If they don't reply, we will end the flow.

If the visitor replies, add a Slack notification to send to your Chat channel. If they don't reply, end the flow.

Now the Slack notification will fire as soon as the prospect replies. Prompting a rep to jump into the conversation.

No worries, let's gather the prospects email so you can reach out to them later!

As a second layer of gathering info, let's send the prospect a calendar link to book a meeting. You can select an individual rep's calendar link, or use a team round robin link provided by your Sales Engagement Platform.
