One of the key use cases of Warmly’s HubSpot integration is to have Warmly read HubSpot’s data in order to incorporate your CRM’s information into the Warmly platform to facilitate success via a variety of workflows.

Once you’ve successfully integrated your HubSpot (see the Setting Up Warmly’s HubSpot and Salesforce Integrations help center article as needed), Warmly will start reading HubSpot’s data. Note that the ‘Enable real time sync’ button does not need to be turned on in order for Warmly to read the data (this button relates to Warmly writing data back into your CRM).

Your CRM data will flow through Warmly in several areas.

  • When viewing live sessions, CRM information about the prospect and the company can be seen throughout the page

  • In the Warm Accounts and Warm Visitors tabs, there two CRM columns that contain information (where applicable) about the account or individual within your CRM, as well as any deals that your company has with this account or individual

  • You’ll now be able to create CRM-related segments, which can be applied to Inbound Chat and the Slack integration
