Setting Up Your HubSpot and Salesforce Integrations

Warmly’s HubSpot and Salesforce integrations enable your team to:

  • Automatically sync companies and contacts that visit your website to your CRM

  • Take more successful, targeted action within Warmly using your CRM data

Warmly’s HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are set up in just a few clicks.

  1. Within the HubSpot or Salesforce sections of the Settings tab in Warmly, select ‘Get Started’

  2. Sign into your CRM

  3. Accept permissions

Syncing the CRM data to Warmly may take several minutes.

Switching on the ‘Enable real time sync’ button will enable Warmly to sync companies and contacts to your CRM. Applying segments to real time sync will help filter the companies synced to your CRM and only include ones that are relevant to your team.

Within the Warm Accounts and Warm Visitors tab you will be able to see CRM information for any companies and individuals that visit your site (where available).
