Utilize Warmly’s Warm Accounts tab to observe an overview of all of the companies that have visited your website within a certain time frame (time frames that can be selected as of September 2023 are Past Day, Past Week and Past Month).

Columns within this page are:

  1. Company: The name and domain of the company that visited your website

  2. Info: Additional information including employee count, headquarters, estimated annual revenue, founding date and industry (where available)

  3. CRM Company: Information about this company within your CRM (Warmly supports Hubspot and Salesforce integrations as of May 2023)

  4. CRM Deals: Information about deals with this company within your CRM

  5. Session Time: Active seconds spent on your website

  6. Visitors: Number of identified and anonymous visitors that have visited your website from this company

  7. Sessions: A chart of visitor sessions based on date visited

  8. Pages Viewed: A count of the number of pages viewed by this company

  9. Pages Visited: A list of the pages that have been visited

  10. Last Seen: The last time this company has visited your website

Utilize the search bar to search for the names of specific companies that have visited your website.

Include segments to filter down the companies being shown in the dashboard (be sure to pay attention to the AND / OR selector!).

Click into any company to view more information about their journey on your website.

Use the ‘Export as CSV’ button to download the list of companies.
