Utilize Warmly’s Live Sessions tab to see all of visitors currently on your website. There are three tiers of identification that Warmly provides:

  1. Visitor identification: Warmly is able to identify the exact individual (name, email, company, other information) on your site

  2. Company identification: Warmly is able to identify the company that the visitor works at, but is unable to identify exactly who the individual is

  3. Geography identification: Warmly is able to identify the location of the visitor, but is unable to identify the exact individual or the company at which they work

Clicking into a live session enables you to witness your visitor’s session real-time.

The left-hand side of the page contains information about the visitor and the company (where available). The bottom of the page displays the visitor’s journey on the site (for example, it might illuminate that the visitor started on your landing page, and subsequently ventured to your pricing page). The middle of the page is the visitor’s live session. The right-hand-side of the page is where you are able to chat or video chat with the visitor.

Within the chat, clicking the + sign grants you access to a few options of high importance:

  • Utilize GIFs (or uploading specific images) help prove to your visitors that you’re not a bot, and are in fact a real person

  • Send imbedded calendar links to your visitors via the Calendar function to seamlessly book meetings directly within Warmly
