👋 Hello! Are you or your colleagues on another video conferencing service other than Zoom? This quick guide will show you how to download your static Nametag for you to set it up.

1. Log into your Warmly account on the browser.

2. Open up the Nametag Builder from the lefthand menu.

3. Choose the background that strikes your fancy.

4. Make sure your Nametag is styled to the Side.

5. Click Download Image icon next to the Set in Zoom button.

6. Set up your Nametag in your video conferencing software.

7. Show off to your meeting attendees and receive praise on how cool your background is.

FYI: Your downloaded Nametag will be static, not dynamic, so the weather and location time will not change. We recommend turning those fields off.
