Step 1: Make sure you have the most recent version of Zoom & you see the "Apps" tab in your Zoom Desktop
Step 2: Ensure your Admin has pre-approved Warmly
Step 3: Ensure you're logged into the same Zoom account on the Web & Desktop
Step 4: Try to launch the Zoom app one more time
Use Warmly for web until your admin approves
