Not sure what shows up where when you add or update your information? Check out this guide on what shows up on your calendar signature, background signature, and Warmly profile when you update information in the Personal, Work, and Socials sections.

You can change your name font and where your Nametag populates in the Styles section.

FYI- The info you set in your Nametag will persist meeting to meeting.

Modifications for certain fields can be disabled in the Admin Portal.

Personal

The information you can edit here includes:

  1. First Name

  2. Last Name

  3. Location

    1. Timezone

    2. Weather

  4. First Name's Pronunciation

  5. Last Name Pronunciation

  6. Pronouns

  7. Bio

To not show certain information, simply toggle the button to the right of the field.

Work

The information you can edit in this section includes:

  1. Title

  2. Company

  3. Start Date

To not show certain information, simply toggle the button to the right of the field.

Socials

The information you can edit in this section includes:

  1. Username (Your Warmly Profile's link)

  2. Linkedin

  3. Twitter

As of right now, Zoom has not enabled the ability to click on these sections to take you to their social media profiles.

Styles

The styling you can edit includes:

  1. Nametag Position

    1. Side or Bottom

  2. Theme (The font and shading behind the font color)

    1. Light or Dark

  3. Style

    1. Font

      1. Admins are able to upload their company's specialized fonts in the Admin Portal.

  4. Advanced Camera Settings

    1. Video Mirroring

      1. Video Mirroring will only affect how YOU see your Nametag. It will show up the correct way for everyone else. Whether you unmirror or mirror your Nametag, the view wll not change for your meeting participants.
