Where r u? allows you to email your meeting link to someone without ever needing to leave Warmly. Want to see it in action? Check out our Customer Experience Lead Jim said a Where r u? message for the first time.

Sending Where r u?:

  1. If you aren't already in the meeting, select the Meeting from the Meetings tab.

    1. Note: You can only send Where r u? messages for current or future meetings.

  2. Hover over the person you want to send Where r u? until you see 3 icons appear.

  3. Click the shrugging person icon.

Pro Tip: If you already have the person's profile pulled up, these icons will be present underneath their name and profile picture. You can send it from here too!

  4. Customize the message (as desired) then select Send Now.

First time Sending Where r u? ? You'll need to take a few additional steps.

Good news - you'll only need to do this once.

  1. Select the account you want to send this email from.

    1. You must use the same one you use for Warmly.

  2. Check the box next to "Send email on my behalf" and select Continue.

    1. Enabling this permission allows us to send Where r u? and Running Late emails when you initiate it. We will never send an email to someone on your behalf without your consent.

  3. Zoom will relaunch with an error message that states "Error Occurred while Sending Emails."

  4. Select the shrugging person icon (either in the profile or the people list).

  5. Customize the message (as desired) then select Send Now.

When you see the Email Sent message, you're all set. 🎉🎉🎉
