How to Set Up Warm Offers

Warmly brings you Warm Offers combining visitor intelligence with a high performance pop-up builder. This lets you deliver laser-targeted, contextual, personalized messages exactly when they’ll have the most impact, maximizing your results.

Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard
Once logged in to Warm Offers, you’ll land on your Dashboard. From here, you’ll see your top-performing campaigns at a glance.
Think of campaigns as groups of pop-ups tied to a specific domain or objective, such as:
In-app product onboarding
Website promotions
Client engagement messages
Feature announcements
Step 2: Create a New Campaign
Navigate to the Pop-ups section.
Click Create Campaign.
Name your campaign (e.g., New User Onboarding).
Connect it to a domain (e.g., yourwebsite.com).
Install the tracking code:
Paste it into the
<head>section of your website, orAdd it via Google Tag Manager.
Important: This script is required for pop-ups to function.
Step 3: Build Your First Pop-Up
Click Create Pop-up.
Choose a template or start from scratch.
You’ll then configure the following:
1. Layout
Controls where your pop-up appears on the screen (e.g., center, corner, banner).
2. Elements
Add text, images, video, or form fields.
Add input fields like name, email, phone.
3. Video Embeds
Supports YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, and SenseBox.
Paste your video URL.
Customize: autoplay, mute, resize, show/hide controls.
Step 4: Define Button Actions
Buttons can trigger:
Form submission
URL redirects (great for UTM-tracked demo pages)
Custom JavaScript handlers
You can also fully style the button’s color, size, and shape using brand colors or your site’s palette.
Step 5: Customize Pop-Up Appearance
Background color, overlay display
Square or circular shapes
Animations: grow, slide, zoom, bounce
Step 6: Set Targeting & Triggers
This is where Warm Offers shine. Configure:
1. Trigger Timing
On page load
On exit intent
On scroll % or inactivity
On click or hover
Delay-based (e.g., 5 seconds after load)
2. Specific Element Targeting
Right-click the element you want to use (e.g., a CTA button).
Select Inspect.
Copy the CSS selector.
Paste into Warm Offers Targeting Settings.
3. Page Targeting
URL contains / starts with / exact match
4. Frequency Controls
Set how often and when the pop-up should show
Define reappearance windows or expiration dates
Step 7: Device, Browser & Geo Targeting
Fine-tune visibility:
Choose device types (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Target specific browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
Include or exclude continents and countries
Step 8: Finalize and Launch
Name your pop-up for easy reference.
Save your progress frequently.
Preview the pop-up to see how it will appear to users.
Launch your campaign.
