Warmly Implementation Documentation: Sendoso

What is this feature?

Gifting is one of the most effective outbound strategies—but it’s often manual, delayed, and disconnected from real-time intent.

With Warmly + Sendoso, you can trigger gifts exactly when intent is highest, turning key moments into meaningful engagement.

When a prospect triggers a qualifying signal in your orchestration (e.g., visiting a pricing page or showing strong intent), Warmly will:

  • Send an eGift via your selected Sendoso campaign

  • Include your optional custom message

  • Track delivery and log results automatically

Benefits:

You choose the campaign and messaging, Warmly handles the execution and tracking!


Before you start

Make sure you have:

  1. An active Sendoso account with at least one live campaign

  2. A Warmly plan that includes Sendoso

  3. Admin or settings access in Warmly to connect integrations


Step-by-step setup

Step 1: Connect Sendoso to Warmly

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations in Warmly

  2. Find Sendoso under Sales Engagement and click Connect

  3. Log in to Sendoso and approve access

  4. You’ll be redirected back to Warmly—look for a Connected status


Step 2: Add a Sendoso step to your sequence

  1. Go to Orchestration and open (or create) a sequence

  2. Add a new step and select Sendoso

  3. Configure the step:

    • Select a campaign (active campaigns will appear with pricing)

    • Add a custom message (optional)

  4. Save and publish your sequence


Step 3: What happens when the step runs?

When a prospect reaches the Sendoso step:

  1. Warmly confirms your Sendoso connection is active

  2. Validates the prospect (valid email, not blocklisted)

  3. Sends the eGift via your selected campaign

  4. Logs the result, including a tracking URL, in orchestration metrics

Duplicate protection:
Warmly ensures a prospect won’t receive the same gift more than once from the same step.
