🔄 Step 1: Confirm HubSpot field is syncing to Salesloft

  1. Go to Salesloft > Settings > Integrations > HubSpot.

  2. Under Field Mapping, add the Warmly Website Visitor data HubSpot fields.

    • If it's not mapped yet, map it to a Salesloft field (or create a custom field in Salesloft if needed).

    • Ensure the sync is enabled and the direction is HubSpot → Salesloft.

    • Here is a list of recommended Warmly fields to sync over:

      • Warmly Last Seen

      • Warmly Total Active Time

      • Warmly Total Page Views

      • Warmly Total Sessions

      • Warmly Segments List

      • Warmly Page URLs

🧩 Step 2: Create or Edit a Custom Field in Salesloft (if needed)

  1. Go to Settings > People Fields.

  2. Click “+ Add Field” if the mapped field doesn’t yet exist.

  3. Set:

    • Field Name (same or similar to HubSpot)

    • Field Type (match the HubSpot field type: text, number, dropdown, etc.)

🧮 Step 3: Sync People Records

Once your field is mapped and visible in Salesloft:

  1. Trigger a sync from HubSpot to Salesloft (either manually or automatically via the integration).

  2. Make sure records in HubSpot have values for the custom field.

🧱 Step 4: Add Custom Fields as Columns in the People Tab

  1. Navigate to the People tab in Salesloft.

  2. Click the column icon (top right of the table view).

  3. In the dropdown, search for and check your custom Warmly fields.

  4. Click “Apply” to update the visible columns.

🔍 Step 5: Filter by Custom Field in the People Tab

  1. Still in the People tab, click Filters.

  2. Find your custom field (now visible as a filterable option).

  3. Apply a filter such as Warmly Total Sessions = is not empty to narrow your list.

🛠 Troubleshooting

  • If the field isn't appearing, check:

    • It has values populated in synced records.

    • It’s correctly mapped in the integration settings.

    • It’s enabled for visibility under Settings > People Fields.
