How to find contacts by their current job tenure

On the People Search page click on Show Advanced Filter at the bottom of the filters pane.

Click on the Current Job Tenure filter and select the relevant tenure/s in the drop-down menu.

This feature can be used in addition to other filters such as the Job Title or Departments filters.
