Deleting your Nametag account

If you no longer wish to use Nametags, here's what you need to do to delete your account.

Account Deletion

Nametags is compliant with both GDPR and CCPA and as such, processes all requests for data deletion according to these guidelines.

1. Click on the You tab

2. Click on Settings in the Corner

3. Scroll down until the Logout button

4. Click the Delete account

We will confirm with you once the data deletion request has been processed.

Calendar Signatures Heads Up: If you’ve enabled our Calendar signatures feature, we don’t delete them off previous and recurring events. We simply don’t add anymore.

Remove Google Third-Party Access

When you set up Nametags, you granted access to your Google Account. To remove Nametags, you'll want to remove that access. Doing this prevents Nametags from accessing any more info from your Google Account.

1. Go to the Security section of your Google Account.

2. Under “Third-party apps with account access,” select Manage third-party access.

3. Select the app or service you want to remove.

4. Select Remove Access.

Remove Nametags from Zoom

If you were using Nametags in Zoom, you'll want to uninstall Nametags there as well.

1. Go to the Installed Apps section of your Zoom Marketplace Account.

2. Select Uninstall next to "Nametags by Warmly."

3. Select your uninstall reason.

4. Select Uninstall.
