How to Integrate RB2B with Warmly

Integrating RB2B with Warmly takes just a few minutes and helps you unlock deeper visibility and boost identification rate for your web traffic.
We’ve simplified the RB2B integration process. The Warmly, team will handle most of the setup for you! All you need to do is follow two simple steps.
✅ Step 1: Transfer or Create Your RB2B Account
If you already have an RB2B account:
You’ll need to transfer your RB2B account to Warmly’s agency setup. To do this:

Please transfer the RB2B account linked to (domain name) to the Warmly Agency Setup. I authorize this migration on behalf of my organization.
🔒 This step ensures Warmly can configure and maintain your RB2B integration on your behalf.
If you don’t have an RB2B, account yet:
Just reach out to your Warmly CSM and we’ll get one created for you.
✅ Step 2: Let Warmly Know — We’ll Handle the Rest
Once your account is transferred (or created), just notify your Warmly CSM. From there, we’ll take care of the full integration, including:
Activating the RB2B integration on both the Warmly and RB2B side
Adding a webhook to pass RB2B firmographic data into Warmly (we’ll set this up directly in the RB2B interface)
Applying a cookie to match RB2B-identified users with your website traffic — this enables user resolution in the Warmly Portal
