If you see a red banner stating:

"Account not activated. Reach out to [email protected] to activate"

This means your Warmly organization has been deactivated. To reactivate it, simply log out and then log back in. Once you sign in again with your work email, your organization will automatically reactivate.

Warmly automatically deactivates organizations that have had no user activity for 30+ days. This helps optimize system performance and reduce unnecessary infrastructure load.

To prevent deactivation in the future, please make sure to log in periodically to keep your organization active. Even if you primarily use Warmly to receive Slack alerts, logging in from time to time is still required.

What happens when your organization gets de-activated?

  • Warmly stops tracking website visitor activity. No new data appears in your Warm Accounts/Visitors dashboards.

  • Warmly stops sending new Slack Alerts to your channels.
